Zero Gram Tolerance.
The three classes hold a finished racquet inside a declared band. ZERO removes the band. The racquet is built and measured until the reading equals the declared figure at the resolution of the factory instrument, and that reading is issued with it. It is not part of the listed range and not a fourth class: it is agreed individually, for one racquet or one matched set, as a custom-made exclusive. By agreement the same approach is applied to balance and swingweight.

Serial identity, certificates and matched-set documentation are issued only where the programme for a specific order implements them.
Stiffness
Repeatable frame response against a declared target.
Frame stiffness shapes response, feel and consistency between racquets. MAXIMUS treats it as the fourth controlled parameter: the target, the measured result, the permitted tolerance and the instrument capability are kept as separate records. The benefit is repeatability — not a guaranteed result for every player.

Production follows the written specification of each order. Records follow the precision class: retained production records for P2.5, individual records and traceability for P1.5, individual control and documentation for P0.5 where the programme for the order implements them.
