What ownership means

  • Ownership of a physical racquet is separate from ownership of copyright, a licence, a contractual entitlement or a record describing those things.
  • A stored document or blockchain entry is not automatically proof that a legal right exists or has transferred.
  • Evidence keeps its classification: participant-declared, guardian-confirmed, coach-validated, system-measured.
  • For minors: private records, guardian permissions, no published child profiles and no commercialisation of identity by default.
  • Export, correction, access control and an appropriate transition of control are part of the design.

Blockchain 5.0 and MxSN

Blockchain 5.0 is the stated technology direction; MxSN defines the concepts of a permissioned network for consent, delivery, evidence, rights and reporting. Operational implementation is not represented. The application data model is built to integrate later through a documented interface, without pretending that a connection exists today.
