Technology direction
Blockchain 5.0 is the stated MAXIMUS technology direction. Its functional purposes are provenance, traceable records, permissioned evidence, product identity and reconciliation of qualifying commercial events. No consensus mechanism, transaction capacity, node network, smart-contract address, token or independent certification is represented, and no deployed implementation is claimed. Personal information, children's records and confidential agreements are never placed into a public immutable system by default.
